Year 5/6 Boys' Football

The school football team competed in friendly matches against Fairways on Friday. These matches helped the children to prepare and 'gel' ahead of the next stages of several football competitions, which will take place next half term. West Leigh won one of the matches 4-0 and narrowly lost 1-0 in the other match. It was great to see the children demonstrating some of the School Games values that we've been promoting such as passion, teamwork and self-belief.
