Netball

On Tuesday this week, eight year 6 girls played in the first round of the netball league games, at Shoebury High School.

Our first game against Alleyn Court was a close match finishing with a 6-3 loss. We then re grouped to play Thorpe Hall which we won 2-1 with some excellent defensive play. Our next game against St George’s we won 3-1.

We then played Greenways who had an amazing Goal Shooter and we lost 9-0!

Our final game was against Hamstel and we were determined to finish on a high with some excellent shooting of our own we managed to win that game with the same score in our favour 9-0.

A huge well done to all the girls involved and a big thank you to parents for transporting the girls to and from the venue.
