Let the Voting Commence!

Today was an important day within our election campaign as all children (and staff!) within the school visited the WLJS polling station to cast their vote. The candidates managed the voting and directed the children to a private booth, where they were able to place that all important cross on their voting slip.

The children all enjoyed the experience of taking part in a real election, and learning that their vote is important.
