Cup Finalists!

The Year 5/6 boys' football team are through to the Essex Cup final after a hard fought 3-2 victory over Bentley St Paul's! Trailing 1-0 at half time, the team knew they had played well enough and had what it takes to turn the game around. West Leigh soon raced into a 3-1 lead before conceding again to make it a nervous finish for all spectators! It was a fantastic performance from both teams. West Leigh should be very proud of their determination, resilience and teamwork.
