Basketball Competition

On Wednesday, six boys and seven Year 6 girls entered the year 5/6 basketball competition at Thorpe Hall School.

We played Thorpe Hall in our first game, winning 2-0 - our first time playing on an indoor court. Our second game against St Michael's was a lot more competitive and we lost 12-2.

Finally, in our group, we played Bournemouth Park and won 4-2.

As a result, we finished the group on the same points as St Michael's but they went through as group winners as they had beaten us earlier.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience of playing on the indoor court and showed excellent sportsmanship and teamwork. Well done to all.
