Year 5 poetry performance

As a part of our English work on performance poetry, year 5 children were set the task to work in groups and collaborate on a piece of choral speaking. Each class worked on their own choice of poem and the children then worked within small groups to generate ideas for their given section. Huge amounts of hard work and effort were put into this challenge and all of the year 5 staff were very pleased with what the children produced – you can see the final results in the videos below!
