Borough Sports
On Wednesday 21st June, 58 children attended the Group 2 Borough Sports competition at Garon Park. After an excellent start with our sprinters and long distance runners winning their races, we then went on to win many of the field events. Our team came second in the field competition and first in the track. Therefore they were the overall winners! Thank you to every single child who took part and gained us points towards our victory. The children supported each other and there were comments from other schools about the exemplary behaviour of our children. We look forward to those children who came 1st and 2nd in their events performing again at the super sports competition on the 4th and 5th July at Garon Park.
