Rounders
On Monday 22nd May, 10 Year 5 children were invited to play at Thorpe Hall school for the rounders competition. We played Friars and Fairways in our group and went through to the quarter finals where we were narrowly beaten by the eventual winners - Heycroft. In the afternoon our Year 6 children arrived in very hot conditions to play Bournemouth Park and Fairways. Once again we went through to the quarter finals where we were beaten by Chalkwell, who came second overall. There were some very good rounders skills on display today and all the children enjoyed the experience.
