Harvest festival
This year we chose to support the local food bank at West Leigh Baptist Church with our harvest collection. The organisers of the foodbank were absolutely overwhelmed with the quantity and quality of our donations. Mr Collins had to make two journeys as his car boot was absolutely full up! These will be used to support local families and individuals who are struggling to make ends meet. We were also visited by Reverend Jon Stannard from the church who spoke to the children in assembly about the reasons we give at harvest time, as well as entertaining us with his guitar playing and singing.
