The Big Read
This week the teachers and support staff taken part in 'The Big Read'. The children choose which book they would like to listen to for 20 minutes a day for the week. At 9.10am every morning, every room and corner of the school is filled with silence as the children settle down for story time. The books included Harry Potter, Walt Disney classics, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Scottish Myths and Legends. We also welcomed The Travelling Book Fair which gives the children a chance to purchase new books for home.
